Most manufacturer’s now require registration of air conditioning and heating products within 60 days of installation. Registered Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered within 60 days of installation, however, if the product is not registered within 60 days of installation, in most cases the Base Limited Warranty terms will apply. In most cases Registered Limited Warranties are NOT transferable upon sale of a home. Please consult with one of our Comfort Care Team members for specifics regarding your product’s warranty coverage.

Every air conditioning system or heat pump installed by Air Care Systems, Inc. has been registered to provide the Registered Limited Warranty on all products purchased and provided copies for your records. We understand that life gets busy and it is easy to misplace or unintentionally neglect the registration process, so we have taken ALL the worry out of the process for you.

What if Air Care Systems, Inc. did not install my air conditioning system or heat pump?

If it has still been within the 60 day registration window, you can still register the equipment online at the manufacturer’s site. However, if your remain unsure regarding the registration of your system or need assistance obtaining warranty information, one of our Comfort Care Team members will be more than happy to assist you, just give us a call-(321) 385-3950. Please be sure to have all the model and serial number information available at the time of the call.

Do you offer Optional Extended Warranties?

For owners looking for a little extra security and peace of mind, Air Care Systems, Inc. offers Optional Extended Parts and Labor warranties to convey years of protection long after your system has been installed. Optional Extended Warranties are also transferable for a small fee should you decide to sell your home. Refer to the Terms of the warranty for additional information regarding warranty transfers. If you didn’t purchase an Optional Extended Warranty when you bought your system, it is not too late. While some manufacturer’s warranties require purchase of the Optional Extended Warranty within the 1st year, others can still be purchased for units or systems less than five (5) years old.*

Air Care Systems, Inc. will provide a quote with the Terms and Conditions for Optional Extended Warranty purchase on EVERY new installation as a courtesy to our customer. We want to ensure no stone has been left unturned when it comes to your new system. Complete disclosure. Complete Transparency.

If you currently have an optional extended warranty and require service, just call one of our Comfort Care Team members and we’ll take care of you.

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended and stated in the manufacturer’s warranty and owner’s guide to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to routine lack of maintenance and/or nuisance calls are not covered by Optional Extended Warranties. Please ask your contractor about the Optional Extended Warranty you are purchasing. Many Optional Extended Warranties are “Limited Liability” warranties. Please consult with the appropriate warranty administrator for complete details of how this would affect your warranty.
